Wow! Just finished and still sitting here writing this review. That's how compelled I was. Delicious Spicy chicken ramen! Thin noodles are perfection and not overly filling. All the flavors were so so perfectly harmonious. Can't wait to come back tomorrow lol :)

Delicious ramen. A little bit too salty. I have the spicy umami miso ramen. Server is very nice, explaining to me their menu and asked me if I have any food allergy. Food came out quick! Probably took only 7 min. Ambient is nice and bar like. A bit too dark for me to read the menu. I think price is a bit high for ramen and ground pork and some bokchoy. $17.80

This place is so delicious that I will specifically drive to Copland, Land of the Bros, just in order to eat here. The Ramen is so much better than this place deserves. We went on a slow night and had excellent service. The music they played was a welcome change from the KISS FM top 40 music most Ramen places are blaring out at a deafening volume. Don't ever change JINYA & remember ladies, don't date cops. ACAB

I visited the restaurant at 12:30 p.m. on a Friday, and it wasn't busy at all. The staff member, Sash, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We ordered both the Tonkatsu Original and Tonkatsu Black, and each were packed with flavor. The chashu and seasoned egg were both cooked to perfection and well-seasoned. I particularly preferred the extra-thick noodles in the Original. Overall, a fantastic experience! #9

We were always curious if this place was open because the windows were dark when we drive by. But we stopped by last night and the dark windows are to keep the sun out. Once inside, we were surprised by the ambiance. The interior is beautiful. Lots of decorations and they did a wonderful job. We were quickly seated and our server made a few suggestions. We placed our order and our food was quickly delivered. Everything was delicious and we will be coming back.

I was thrilled when this popular ramen chain opened in Eastvale, and I've been a regular ever since. Each visit has been consistently satisfying. The dining area is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service is excellent. I'm always seated promptly upon arrival. My favorite dish here is the Spicy Chicken Ramen, usually with one or more add-ons. While the spice level is decent, I'd personally prefer it a bit spicier. I'll definitely be back, and I'm looking forward to trying some of their other dishes, like the poke tacos.

2024 update! This is easily one of my favorite places for ramen! It is so good! They have tofu and impossible meat. JINYA Ramen Bar in Eastvale has a plant-based menu with vegetarian options and vegan options. I enjoy the impossible gyozas and flying vegan ramen. They also have a spicy vegan ramen option too, but I don't do spiciness lol Once a year, I will come here for my best friend's birthday. He loves this place too. We can't get enough of JINYA. The ramen is the best! You get a huge portion. The food is fresh, and you can add all the toppings you want. Service is always good, and the ambiance is casual. Sitting outside at the firepit is nice, if the weather permits.

I will start off by saying that they have a nice place here. It's a big place to eat ramen and the seating is nice. It is not have a Japanese culture here, which is typically what I'd prefer when I go out for ramen. The ramen was ok. It felt more like a fusion than Japanese ramen. The female servers here did a good job serving my family, and it was nice. The spicy ramen that I ordered was good. They allow us to choose our spice level from 1-6. Anyone who likes spicy should go with 4 and anything higher for a challenge.

Checked in last weekend for a Me Time Session and had the most incredible and Powerfully Nourishing Experience! I was craving their Jinya Bun and ordered two of them along with their Spicy Tuna Tacos and their Homemade Panna Cotta Dessert. Everything was so exquisitely crafted and delicious, and I really enjoyed the Dine-in Ambiance! The Music, the Lighting, and clever Communication Teasers were all so charming and my favorite Discovery of the Night was their new Summer Virgin Drinks for only $4!! I ordered the Cucumber Chill and loved it along with the Watermelon Margarita. The Japanese Pear Martini was okay, I wasn't feeling the Vodka but Jazmin was great in following up with the Satisfaction of my Food and Drinks and let me switch out the Pear Martini for the Watermelon Margarita that Jefa Judy showed me last time which I loved! The Bathrooms were super clean and one of the Cooks made Eye Contact with me and smiled and waved too which made my night along with the other Team Members doing kind and genuinely caring Table Touches! The Shift Lead was also incredibly impressive in staying on task, she was so focused in making sure the dining room look extra neat and organized with her down time and she would scan the room frequently to see if any Guests needed assistance. I wish I had caught her name, she told me she was part Filipina and was such a Beautiful Example of Classy and High Honor Leadership just like Judy! Lastly I want to spotlight Jazmin for being such an interesting and charming Conversationalist! I dine by myself often and it really enriches my Experience when Servers take the time to bond with Me and give Me interesting and insightful feedback on my Exploration Topics of the day as the Neighborhood Talk Show Hostess ;0) I would just like the Hosts and Servers to pitch the Seasonal Specials as part of their Hustle Protocol, and share their Favorite Food and Drinks from Jinya to help us capitalize on the best deals and try something interesting and new! I had such a good time that I told a lot of my Customers to stop by Jinya to try the Bun that I love so much (and re-nicknamed the Japanese Torta hahaha!) and their Bomb Diggity Virgin Seasonal Drinks! My Bestie doesn't drink Alcohol so I am so stoked to show him the Watermelon and Cucumber Chiller Specials. My Coworker Meya told Me the Vegan Ramen here is Phenomenal as well so I am grateful Jinya has designed so many Amazing Options for People of all different Lifestyles to enjoy!!

JINYA Ramen Bar is located in Eastvale at the 15 and Limonite exit, just west of Hamner. What stood out the most for me is the beautiful interior. The ambiance is great: good music, friendly service, delicious food, beautiful dimly lit decor. Notable items I tried: * Jinya Chashu Bun - Fluffy steamed bun with a savory and delicious slice of pork belly, drizzled with mayo and stuffed with crunchy greens. * Jinya Tonkotsu Black Ramen - I was surprised how good the broth was. I really enjoyed their black ramen. It wasn't too heavy or rich but still flavorful. Excellent service from our server from arrival to placing our order - I can't remember her name but it was a short and long name. Maybe Viv or Vivian (?). Loved her attitude. The only hiccup that evening was there was no server to refill our drinks or ask how we were doing or ask if we were ready for our check. I had to flag another server to bring our check. Aside from being ignored, I really did enjoy Jinya Ramen for their delicious ramen and Chashu buns and the beautiful look of the restaurant. I'd love to come back and try their miso ramen next!
